Return & Exchange Treaty
Returns and exchanges are only applicable to items from our regular collection. Custom-made pieces are crafted uniquely for each client and, as such, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
All custom jewelry is made-to-order and non-returnable.
If there’s a quality issue or manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll offer a solution — whether that’s a remake, repair, or partial refund.
Note:
- We don’t accept returns for change of mind, design changes after approval, or wear-and-tear.
- Please provide photos or videos to help us assess any issue.
